Easy Mix Chicken Alfredo Casserole
"We love this recipe and everyone requests it at least once a week. I change it up now and then by adding in things that I have in my fridge, cooked shrimp, cooked turkey, veggies, anything I have around, whatever I add in it always turns out great! This is easy prep it's just mixed then bake."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Coat a large glass baking dish with Pam cooking spray (or a similar cooking spray).
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the milk, garlic powder, alfredo sauce and melted butter until smooth. Mix in the chicken, potatoes, onion, Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle top with more Parmesan cheese (as much as you like).
Step 4
Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until potatoes are tender and sauce is bubbly.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
