Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk (2%)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 jar (15 ounce) Alfredo sauce (I use Classico Signature Recipe Creamy Alfredo Sauce)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (I like to use grilled chicken but any leftover chicken is fine)
  • 7 large russet potatoes, sliced (or 8 medium potatoes)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Small pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (more to put on top)
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Coat a large glass baking dish with Pam cooking spray (or a similar cooking spray).

  • Step 3: In a bowl, mix the milk, garlic powder, alfredo sauce and melted butter until smooth. Mix in the chicken, potatoes, onion, Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle top with more Parmesan cheese (as much as you like).

  • Step 4: Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until potatoes are tender and sauce is bubbly.

  • Step 5: Remove from the oven and sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
