I used frozen Ore-Ida cubed hashbrowns. I think I should have used shredded, as this didn't cook in the specified time. I cooked longer, and before serving used an immersion blender to make the soup a bit creamier. A very comforting and soothing soup. Perfect for when you need something filling but not spicy.
