"This is so easy and quick to make. Cooks in just a couple of minutes in the microwave. Great to serve as a dip for a fruit tray; or as a snack or light lunch for kids and adults alike. It will last a couple of weeks in the refrigerator. This dip can be served warm or cold. For serving ... I happen to like apples, bananas, pears, pineapple, strawberries, peaches, ginger snap cookies, shortbread cookies, crackers, rice cakes, etc. Use your imagination."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add the cream cheese to a small bowl and microwave 20-30 seconds on medium heat until softened. Add the sugars, vanilla and mix well. Microwave another minute on medium high heat - stir - return to the microwave for another 30 seconds until everything is combined and the sugars are melted and combined. Times can vary depending on the type of microwave. This can also be done on the stove top.
Step 2
Serve ... I like to top or garnish with the nuts rather than mixing them in, but either way works well. I have found, that if the dips sits for more than a day or two in the refrigerator, the nuts can get soft; so I prefer to sprinkle them on top when I serve the dip. Serve warm or cold and ENJOY!
