Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a medium baking pan.

Step 2

Mix egg with water in a shallow dish. Comine Parmesan cheese with garlic powder and dry dressing mix.

Step 3

Coat the chicken first in the egg then in the dry mix (coating on all sides).

Step 4

Place on baking pan.

Step 5

Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes.

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

It looked and smelled wonderful, perfect cook time, but sorry it was overly salty for us. I just made one very big chicken breast for the two of us, so i cut all the ingredients in half. I think it might have been the dry salad dressing mix and the parmesan that over did the salt. I would make it again but would use only a quarter of the salad dressing mix for one breast. the cook time is right on and it filled the house with a wonderful arouma!
