Step by Step Method

Step 1

Grate the green zest of the lime and juice the fruit.

Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns.

Step 3

Halve the strawberries and mix them with the lime zest and juice, and the powdered sugar.

Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Turn halfway.
