Step by Step Method

Step 1

In skillet, saute crab in butter for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove crab and keep warm.

Step 2

Add garlic, shallots and mushrooms. Cook for 1 minute.

Step 3

Deglaze pan with wine. Reduce to 2 tablespoons.

Step 4

Add cream and reduce until thick. Whisk in mustard. Do not boil.

Step 5

Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Step 6

Return crab to pan and toss quickly in sauce.

Step 7

Serve over fettuccine.

Step 8

Sprinkle with parsley.
