Step 1: In skillet, saute crab in butter for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove crab and keep warm.
Step 2: Add garlic, shallots and mushrooms. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 3: Deglaze pan with wine. Reduce to 2 tablespoons.
Step 4: Add cream and reduce until thick. Whisk in mustard. Do not boil.
Step 5: Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Step 6: Return crab to pan and toss quickly in sauce.
Step 7: Serve over fettuccine.
Step 8: Sprinkle with parsley.
