Down-Home Breakfast Special
"Every time I make this recipe it comes out a little differently. I swap out the meats, veggies, and use whatever leftovers (especially potatoes) that might work. Sometimes I like to add some herbs and cheese and serve with salsa and sour cream. So feel free to change it up to your own taste. It can also be made on the stove top or in the microwave."
