Step by Step Method

Salad dressing:

Add the ingredients to a bowl,

Use a hand mixer to blend them all together until smooth. Add more mayonnaise if needed

Pour the dressing over the chicken salad that you have mixed

Tossing to evenly coat.

Season with salt & pepper, to taste.

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the chicken salad's nice and cold, about 4 hours.

These are easy to make. Perfect for the guys during planting. I must admit that I didn't taste it chilled. It was great room temperature, though. I used canned chicken.

I used a 12 oz. can of chicken breast and about 1/2 of all the other ingredients. It made 4 delicious servings! I just realized that I forgot the cream cheese! Oops!

This sure makes a lot...I cut it down to 2 servings and ended up with 8 ounces total...so I shared a sandwich with my daughter and made a salad the next day...you can taste the pickle but it's not overpowering at all...there's no pouring of the dressing it's nice and thick that I just added all the ingredients into the bowl with the dressing mixture...it did suck up the mayo so I just added more...I used rotisserie chicken that I had in the freezer and it worked great...made for "FYC" tag game...
