It couldn’t get more easy peasy than this recipe, which makes it a top option for a weeknight. It came out surprisingly delicious with just 3 ingredients. I seasoned the salmon with salt and pepper and added some red pepper flakes to the apricot mixture. This will be part of our rotation. Thank you, Dee, for sharing. Made it for Best of 2023 as recommended by NWG.

Fabulous! I really loved the flavor of the sauce and it was lovely over rice. It was so simple to make, too. A winner!

Excellent! For being so simple, this sure does pack a lot flavor, and it dressed up our salmon quite nicely. It's positively heavenly. The Dijon-Apricot coating added slightly sweet flavor that was tempered with a bit of a tangy edge. It didn't mask the taste of the salmon but instead it complimented the salmon. This was a real winner of a recipe in my home. Thanks, Dee.

This is so easy to put together. It cooks so quickly. The topping has so much flavor that goes so well with the salmon.
