"Sweet and spicy, made with Splenda, in the slow cooker. Great for a party. Don't know if this would work with "real" sugar. Newer slow cookers tend to run high, so cooking time may have to be adjusted."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place pecans in slow cooker crock and stir in the melted butter, coating the pecans thoroughly.
Step 2
Sprinkle the Splenda, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice over the pecans and stir again to coat.
Step 3
Cover the slow cooker; set on high. Cook for 30 minutes; uncover, turn to low, and let cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
