mmm sweetness !!a wee bit too sweet for me but Don loved them! I just made half a recipe and cut back on the sugar a bit too. The touch of cinnamon was really what we loved about them. Thanks for posting.

Delicious! I steamed the carrots and then mixed them into the glaze. We really liked the hint of cinnamon added to this dish. Very tasty. We definitely will be having this carrot dish again and again. Thanks Kitten.

KittenI I love your recipes and this was no exception. I steamed the carrots early in the day, Mixed the glaze, popped the carrots in it, swished them about, and then just heated them in the oven covered 15 minutes before serving. Wonderful flavor. They were a big hit with our meal. A definite do again recipe. Thanks for being part of our Christmas dinner. Christmas 2013 You were part of our dinner once again this year. This time I used the small gourmet carrots with the bit of green top left on. They looked so pretty on our plate. 13 Oct 14 This time you were part of our Thanksgiving meal - It is an easy winner recipe. I love that I can do it ahead.
