Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a blender, mix 1/2 cup of cold water or fat-free milk.
Step 2
Add 1/2 banana, protein powder, instant coffee and Stevia (if using).
Step 3
Add 5 ice cubes to thicken.
Step 4
Blend on high for 35-45 seconds or until smooth.
Step 5
Pour into a large tallglass, enjoy!
