Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup cold water (or fat-free milk, you can add more or less water or milk depending on the consistency you prefer)
  • 1/2 banana (frozen is best to use)
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate-flavored protein powder (I use Body Fortress Whey Isolate, 1 scoop of that brand is 3 tablespoons = 30 grams protein, you can increase the protein amount if you want by adding more protein powder)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated instant coffee
  • 5 ice cubes, to thicken
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a blender, mix 1/2 cup of cold water or fat-free milk.

  • Step 2: Add 1/2 banana, protein powder, instant coffee and Stevia (if using).

  • Step 3: Add 5 ice cubes to thicken.

  • Step 4: Blend on high for 35-45 seconds or until smooth.

  • Step 5: Pour into a large tallglass, enjoy!
