Step 1: In a blender, mix 1/2 cup of cold water or fat-free milk.
Step 2: Add 1/2 banana, protein powder, instant coffee and Stevia (if using).
Step 3: Add 5 ice cubes to thicken.
Step 4: Blend on high for 35-45 seconds or until smooth.
Step 5: Pour into a large tallglass, enjoy!
