Step by Step Method
Step 1
In 9x13 Pam sprayed casserole, layer in rice ,corn and onions.
Step 2
Pour in salsa and stock.
Step 3
Pork chops. Sprinkle taco seasoning.
Step 4
Cover tightly, then bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Step 5
Uncover, dot on refried beans and cheese. Recover and bake 30 more minutes.
Step 6
Serve with sour cream and green onions.
