Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix milk, egg, sour cream and vinegar together. Add cornmeal and oatmeal, let sit in skillet.
Step 2
Melt butter, add onions and brown. When browned add corn; cook 1 minute longer. Add baking powder to meal; mix.
Step 3
When onions cooled, add to meal mix; mix.
Step 4
Pour into 8 inch round cake pan that you have sprayed Pam into.
Step 5
Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven, check at 10 minutes my ovens wonky.
