"Now in the Middle East they drain the yogurt overnight in the frig with cheese cloth, if you do this add rosewater later. I like the Greek Gods brand of yogurt, if you really like rosewater you can add more."

Step by Step Method

Yogurt:

Mix all together only adding as much rosewater as you like, start with 1/2 teaspoon and go up, rosewater is pretty strong. If you are not used to it, treat it like vanilla.lol

Salad:

Drizzle the rosewater into the mixed beet and strawberry mixture add a pinch of cinnamon.

Step 5

Mix.

Step 6

Mix 1/2 the beets and strawberries into the yogurt.

Step 7

Put the rest on top.

Step 8

Sprinkle nuts and mint over them.

Step 9

Drizzle honey on top.
