The ingredients are:
  • Yogurt
  • 24 ounces Greek honey strawberry yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon rosewater
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Salad
  • 15 ounces whole beets, drained, quartered (1 can)
  • 16 ounces strawberries, cut in half
  • 1 teaspoon rosewater
  • 1/16 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios, shelled
  • 1 tablespoon mint, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How to Make

  • Step 1: Yogurt:

  • Step 2: Mix all together only adding as much rosewater as you like, start with 1/2 teaspoon and go up, rosewater is pretty strong. If you are not used to it, treat it like vanilla.lol

  • Step 3: Salad:

  • Step 4: Drizzle the rosewater into the mixed beet and strawberry mixture add a pinch of cinnamon.

  • Step 5: Mix.

  • Step 6: Mix 1/2 the beets and strawberries into the yogurt.

  • Step 7: Put the rest on top.

  • Step 8: Sprinkle nuts and mint over them.

  • Step 9: Drizzle honey on top.
