" This salad is a traditional part of any Danish smorgasbord. Always a part of Christmas Eve buffet. Lovely color and great taste. I did not include the cook time for the potatoes nor the overnight resting in the fridge. The salad is served with hard boiled eggs and Danish rye bread"
