  • 1 (1pound) jar beets, pickled, sliced. chopped 1/4 inch dice
  • 3/4 cup wine flavoured herring tidbits, 8 ounce jar or tin, chopped 1/4 inch dice
  • 1 medium tart apple, peeled, cored, chopped 1/4 inch dice
  • 1/2 pound potatoes, peeled, cooked, chopped 1/4 inch dice
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped 1/4 inch dice
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped 1/4 inch dice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the prepared ingredients together, add a bit of beet juice. The salad should have a firm consistency
