""This is out of an old WW magazine. It says: It's the ice cubes (a frozen concoction of orange juice, cranberry juice, white wine, and orange liqueur) that work Cupids magic in this sparkling cocktail. As the cubes melt, the drinks turn a gorgeous blush and the flavor becomes wonderfully intense. Enjoy this cocktail on any romantic occasion. Cooking time does not include freezing time. This had 3 points on the old program.""

This cocktail is so delicious. Lots of different flavors that all mesh quite well together, and it produces a smooth cocktail with a refreshing tropical feel to it. My only criticism is that the ice cubes took a long time to start melting and didn't impart enough flavor at first. So I tossed our drinks into the food processor and pulsed it for about 10 seconds, and then served them in juice glasses. It's a really great cocktail though.

Mmmmmm. This drink is really yummy. I followed the recipe as directed and used freshly squeezed orange juice which I think gave it an extra good taste. Perfect for Valentines Day which I will be making again for that special day for me and my main squeeze. Thank you Teresa for sharing.
