Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream butter with both sugars until well blended. Add egg, milk and vanilla.
Step 2
Combine flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Add these dry ingredients alternately with oil to the first mixture.
Step 3
Add oats, corn flakes and chocolate chips.
Step 4
Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Step 5
Bake at 350 F for 10 to 13 minutes.
