Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pulse cereals in blender until the cereal is the consistency of fine crumbs, pour into bowl.

Step 2

Combine flour, onion, garlic, and pepper in separate bowl.

Step 3

Beat eggs and mix with milk in third bowl.

Step 4

Dip the chicken, first in milk mixture, then in flour mixture, and finally in cereal crumbs.

Step 5

Deep fry at 325 degrees for 3 - 4 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
