Delicious! Made two changes, added more vinegar and sprinkled the drumsticks with 5 spice powder before putting into the crockpot. Mine were done in 3 hours. Then thickened the juice. Served with roasted veggies and brown rice. The next day took the leftovers and made a soup. Great recipe Dienia! A keeper for sure. Thank you for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Scaled back for one serve and used chicken thighs bone in and skin on and made as per recipe though adding more dried chillie flakes as I like it hot and served with vegetables baked in parchment paper with sesame oil and sesame seeds for a very filling and delicious dinner.
