"This is very simple and a very good recipe. I cut the brown sugar (I used Splenda) and Ketchup way back you may want to increase the amounts. The result were moist and delicious chops. This recipe was originally in Cooks.com but had no measurements"

mmm soo tasty!! I used boneless pork chops with red onion and had to use a bottle of roasted red pepper as i had no fresh peppers in, they worked well but broke down a lot more than fresh would have done. also cut back to 2 tablspoons Splenda brown sugar mix and used "hot and spicy" ketchup. We loved the flavours, served it with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. It was a lovely effortless Sunday dinner thanks!

This turned out so moist, the meat just fell off the bone. Deeeeeeelicious. I used red pepper instead of green and cooked this on very low (200 degrees) over indirect heat on the BBQ. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
