"This is hardly a recipe... Combine whipped cream cheese and a veggie, spread on a toasted bagel and enjoy your quick lunch or snack. I used Spanish Olives today because I had an opened jar in the fridge, but grated carrot and green onion is probably my favorite combo. Fresh herbs are great, too!"
