"Creamy, fast and so easy. These eggs cook up in minutes, and the recipe can be repeated to feed a crowd in no time--all in one dish. It can also be scaled to two servings easily. *Note* The cooking times are approximate, all microwaves are different, so check every minute to make sure the eggs are done to your liking."

I scaled this down to 2 serves, and made exactly as written. So soft and fluffy, and creamy! So easy to make, and just delicious. Will be making this quite often.

I ran across this and it sounded so good. I finally got around to making it and it was so delicious Mami! I cut the recipe in half for just me to taste test it the first time, but I will make the whole thing next time and let my other half try it. It's a great idea for something different and it's really good too!

Soft and full of flavor with the cream cheese, we loved these for breakfast this morning with some bread I made for toast. They are so easy to whip up and get on the table. I will use this often. So glad to have found it!
