Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or 2 tablespoons margarine)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper, 1 dash
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese (cut into small chunks)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped (or scallions)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the butter in a 1 1/2 inch deep glass baking dish and melt in the microwave. This will take approximately 20 seconds.

  • Step 2: Add the eggs, the salt and pepper and the milk. Whisk to blend well.

  • Step 3: Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and lightly mix with a fork. Repeat once more.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle the cheese evenly over eggs and cook until cheese is melted and eggs are set to your liking.

  • Step 5: Remove from microwave and lightly mix with fork. Serve at once, garnished with the green onions or scallions.
