One of the best one pan meals I have had in a long time. I scaled back for 1 serve which was very generous and very happy I had decided against some garlic bread on the side as I could not finish all on my plate so some left overs for lunch. I used a smoky beef, bacon and cheese sausage, veal and parmesan tortellini and canned whole baby cherry tomatoes and made as per recipe for a fast and very delicious dinner. Thank you CheapCook made for Pick Me tag game under the 24 hour rule.
