Step 1

Put the yoghurt, mustard, garlic, honey and vinegar into a bowl and whisk to combine or put all into a jar, seal jar and shake together.

I made this recipe knowing full well I do not like yoghurt. But the rest of the family devour it! Except for adding a little more honey (and that was for my taste only) but.... I really did enjoy this dressing over my salad. The whole family enjoyed it and devoured the dressing with their salad! This is so easy to make, and I had everything on hand, which was a major bonus. This recipe has not converted me to yoghurt, but I will be making this again as we all really enjoyed it! UPDATED: I used the left over sauce to top some asparagus, poached eggs and avocado on muffins...Very delicious and even though it was fantastic when using it straight away .... the dressing has so much more flavour the next day.
