Step 1

In a bowl combine then soup, mustard, honey and cream.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chicken and cook for 5 mins or until golden brown.

Step 3

Reduce heat to medium, add soup mixture and simmer for 10 mins, stirring occasionally until sauce is hot and chicken is cooked through.

Step 4

When cooked immediately serve the chicken over rice or with steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes.

Step 5

Garnish with chopped chives if desired.

Very good chicken which we enjoyed. Instead of the cream of chicken I used cream of mushroom but otherwise made as directed but skipped the optional chives. Thanks for sharing!
