"In summer, we basically live on salads. Which means I'm always looking for different things to make them out of. Grapes are cheap, tasty and good for you. The dressing mixture is sweet, but not overly sweet. And it's still diabetic-friendly, which in my house makes it perfect. If you want, you can add a pound of seedless black grapes without having to increase the dressing."

Step 1
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar substitute and vanilla until smooth.
Step 2
Add grapes and stir to completely coat.

Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to allow flavours to meld.
