Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water.
Step 2
Drain, and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Meanwhile cut bacon into squares and fry crisp in butter.
Step 4
Add potatoes fry until lightly browned
Step 5
Add vinegar to taste and parsley.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss lightly until well mixed and hot.
