Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook potatoes, garlic, and bacon in oil over medium heat.

This recipe is very tasty! They had great flavor with crispy and soft consitency. I cut 6 red bliss potatoes with a mandoline extra thin. I also used chives instead of green onions only as they are coming up in my garden. Its a good thing I took a photo of it in the pan as I forgot when we sat down. We devoured it with no leftovers. Made for Billboard tag.
