  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper ,to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water.

  • Step 2: Drain, and cut into cubes.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile cut bacon into squares and fry crisp in butter.

  • Step 4: Add potatoes fry until lightly browned

  • Step 5: Add vinegar to taste and parsley.

  • Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss lightly until well mixed and hot.
