It was my veggie day so instead of spaghetti I used vegorama spiral pasta and scaled back for 1 serve but did use more vegetables than the recipe call for in one serve and had some freshly finely shaved parmesan on top for a delicious dinner, thank you dienia b made for Joy Of Vegetable tag game at FF&F.
