Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place cole slaw mix into large bowl. Add chopped veggies and beans.
Step 2
In a smaller bowl mix the vinegar, mayo, salt, pepper, sugar and herbs.
Step 3
Fold dressing ingredients and half the bacon into slaw until well coated. If it seems a little dry, add a little extra mayo and/or vinegar.
Step 4
Sprinkle remaining bacon over top.
Step 5
You can let flavors blend in the fridge for a while or just serve immediately.
