Step by Step Method

Step 1

Rinse and drain beans, place in a large bowl mix gently

Step 2

Prepare celery, pepper and onion rings add to beans

Step 3

Place vinaigrette dressing ingredients in a medium bowl whisking to mix

Step 4

Drizzle over salad tossing gently to coat, refrigerate over night. Gently toss again before serving. Serving in a clear serving bowl adds to presentation

I was looking for something quick to put togethter for a pot-luck/girls' night in and this sure was perfect. The vinaigrette is real tasty. Next time I will try this with fresh cooked green and yellow beans. Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.

I'm a big fan of bean salads in the summer - nothing better for a picnic or BBQ. This recipe didn't have any sugar, which is different than the bean recipe I usually use - big saver on calories!
