Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350f degrees.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients well until they form a soft dough.
Step 3
Take about a tablespoonful and roll into a ball, place onto a foil lined veggie oil sprayed cookie sheet and flatten with the back of a spoon.
Step 4
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are brown and crisp being careful not to burn. Remove from pan and place on cooling rack to cool completely. store in an airtight container.
