Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt butter in large saucepan; added onion, carrot, carrot and garlic; saute until onion is soft and clear.
Step 2
Add potato, stock, salt and pepper; bring to a boil; cover and simmer slowly until vegetables are cooked, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Stir in milk and parsley; heat without boiling.
