Step by Step Method
Step 1
Toss all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step 2
For the dressing; Combine Dijon, honey, garlic and cider vinegar in a small bowl.
Step 3
Slowly whisk in olive oil to combine and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the top of the salad ingredients; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Allow salad to sit 20 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate for 45 minutes. Toss again before serving.
