Dinner party meals in Iceland are often heavier than they should be, but dessert is still considered to be a host obligation. Place the banana, avocado, nut butter, cacao powder, coconut milk & a pinch of salt in a blender & whiz until smooth. Pour into a shallow serving dish (or 4 sml individual serving dishes) & chill for 30 min or until set. Can be served w/a dollop of whipped cream, scattered chocolate shavings or sml red berries as optional garnishes.
