Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 whole bananas (very ripe, peeled & chopped)
  • 2 whole avocados (med-sized, ripe & flesh scooped)
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter ( hazelnut or almond butter)
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 22 grams coconut milk (2 tablespoons)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the banana, avocado, nut butter, cacao powder, coconut milk & a pinch of salt in a blender & whiz until smooth. Pour into a shallow serving dish (or 4 sml individual serving dishes) & chill for 30 min or until set. Can be served w/a dollop of whipped cream, scattered chocolate shavings or sml red berries as optional garnishes.
