Step by Step Method
Step 1
Line a 26cm x 16cm slice tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Break chocolate into pieces put in a heatproof bowl and stand bowl over hot water and melt chocolate until smooth,
Step 3
Break biscuits/cookies into pieces and add to melted chocolate with raisins and stir mixture until just combined.
Step 4
Spoon into prepared tin and chill for an hour or until set and remove from tin and cut or break into pieces and serve.
