Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 400 grams chocolate (2 x 200 gram blocks of truffle chocolate)
  • 102 grams digestive biscuits (6 biscuits/cookies)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (large and plump)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a 26cm x 16cm slice tin with baking paper.

  • Step 2: Break chocolate into pieces put in a heatproof bowl and stand bowl over hot water and melt chocolate until smooth,

  • Step 3: Break biscuits/cookies into pieces and add to melted chocolate with raisins and stir mixture until just combined.

  • Step 4: Spoon into prepared tin and chill for an hour or until set and remove from tin and cut or break into pieces and serve.
