Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place chicken in an 11x7-inch baking dish.

Combine onions and next 6 ingredients; stir well, and pour over chicken.

This was sooooooo good! My son said it reminded him of the chicken we get in the Japan pavilion at EPCOT - only better because of the hint of spice. I served this over jasmine rice and we all really enjoyed it. This is a winner for us! I couldn't find plum sauce so used duck sauce (a recommended substitution) and thought it was great. Thanks!
