Chinese Hacked Pork

"This great tasting Chinese dish is so easy to put together. I found this in the April 2012 copy of Family Circle. I did make a few slight changes to suit my dietary needs."

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger and five-spice powder.
Place in re-sealable bag and add pork; shake to coat.
Coat the slow cooker with non-stick cooking pray.
Place pork in slow cooker and pour marinade over top.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Remove pork to a large baking dish and keep warm.
Pour liquid from slow cooker into a saucepan.
In a small bowl, stir cornstarch into broth.
Bring liquid in saucepan to a boil and whisk in the broth mixture.
Cook until thickened.
Shred pork into large pieces with 2 forks; stir in sauce.
Spoon the meat and sauce mixture over noodles; garnish with scallions and serve.
