Step 2: Place in re-sealable bag and add pork; shake to coat.
Step 3: Refrigerate overnight.
Step 4: Coat the slow cooker with non-stick cooking pray.
Step 5: Place pork in slow cooker and pour marinade over top.
Step 6: Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Step 7: Remove pork to a large baking dish and keep warm.
Step 8: Pour liquid from slow cooker into a saucepan.
Step 9: In a small bowl, stir cornstarch into broth.
Step 10: Bring liquid in saucepan to a boil and whisk in the broth mixture.
Step 11: Cook until thickened.
Step 12: Shred pork into large pieces with 2 forks; stir in sauce.
Step 13: Spoon the meat and sauce mixture over noodles; garnish with scallions and serve.
